Terms of Service

These terms govern access to RestroSuite, a restaurant operations platform provided by CodeArc Tech Labs. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for account credentials, staff access, business data, tax settings, menu prices, payment records, and activities performed through your workspace. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly remove access for former staff.

Permitted use

You may use RestroSuite for lawful restaurant and hospitality operations. You may not misuse the service, probe other tenants, upload malicious content, bypass usage limits, or use the platform to violate applicable law.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, connectivity limits, and free-tier provider limits may affect access. Keep appropriate business-continuity procedures for critical operations.

Plans and payments

Plan limits, billing periods, included modules, and support levels are shown before purchase. Paid renewals require an accepted payment method. Taxes may apply. A plan may be restricted after failed payment, abuse, or material breach.

Data and exports

You retain ownership of your restaurant data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and support that data. You should periodically export records required for accounting, tax, or legal retention.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RestroSuite is provided without implied warranties and is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, tax, or food-safety advice. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.
